Cindy L. Steiner has trained internationally for more than 20 years. Most recently (since 1993) she has been coaching CEOs and their management teams on their corporate and investor presentations, media interviews, and IPOs. Cindy has conducted workshops, seminars, university courses, and keynote talks for the U.S. Department of Commerce and various international organizations. She lived in Europe for many years and continues to consult in France several times a year. Cindy is fluent in French and Spanish and conducts programs in three languages. She has a MA degree in Spanish, a BA degree in French, and a BA degree in English.
Cindy started her career in the academic world and got involved with corporate training while teaching at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. In addition to coaching people in public speaking, Cindy also facilitates cross-cultural seminars, and speaks on international business protocol and on cultural diversity for various Bay Area groups and corporations.
She is a member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, the Commonwealth Club, MentoNet (European CEO mentoring group), and ACG (Association for Corporate Growth). Cindy is also a venture partner with EuroUS Ventures, a fund that brings European technology companies to the US.
